Cookie Policy

Which cookies nexpod.ai and the console set, what each one is for, and how to switch the optional ones off.

Placeholder text

This page shows the layout of Nexpod's cookie policy. The wording is a draft placeholder, not a binding document and not legal advice. Items in [brackets] still need real values.

Nexpod uses a handful of cookies. Most are needed to sign you in and keep forms safe. One counts page views, and it only runs if you say yes.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not let ad networks track you on our pages.

01

What cookies are

In shortSmall text files your browser stores for a site.

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep, so the site can recognise the same browser on the next request. Similar tools, such as local storage, work the same way and are covered here too.

02

03

Third parties

In shortNo ad networks. The payment page sets its own cookies.

When you add a card, the payment provider's page may set cookies to prevent fraud. Those cookies fall under that provider's own policy. No other third party sets cookies on nexpod.ai.

04

Your choices

In shortSay no once and we remember it. Change your mind any time.

  • The banner on your first visit lets you accept or refuse analytics. Refusing is as easy as accepting.
  • You can change the choice later at any time; the table in section 02 lists every cookie the choice switches on or off. [Placeholder]
  • Your browser can block or delete cookies too. Blocking required cookies will sign you out of the console.
05

Local storage in the console

In shortThe console keeps some UI state in your browser.

The console stores things like collapsed panels and the last project you opened in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your device and you can clear it from your browser settings.

06

Changes

In shortNew cookies are added to the table above before they go live.

If we add a cookie, it appears in the table first. If it is optional, we ask again before setting it.

07

Contact

In shortQuestions about cookies go to the privacy team.

Email privacy@nexpod.ai (placeholder address). The Privacy Policy explains how we handle the rest of your data.
