FAQ

Questions founders ask.

Credits, eligibility and timing.
How many credits do we get?
Launch gives €2,500 in credits. Scale adds €20,000 on top of a €50,000 commitment, so you start with €70,000. Both are spent at the normal on-demand rates.
Do we need to be venture-backed?
No. Most accepted teams have raised a round or a grant, because it tells us the workload will be around in six months. Bootstrapped teams with real usage are welcome to apply too.
We already use Nexpod. Can we apply?
Yes, if your spend today is below the Scale commitment. Mention your account email in the form and we will look at your usage instead of asking you to describe it.
What can credits be spent on?
Everything we sell: Cloud Servers, Serverless, Instant Clusters and Nexpod Hub templates, in any region. Credits run out before your card is charged.
How fast do you decide?
Within five business days. Launch applications are often approved the same week; Scale includes an architecture call before we sign.
